Relational Integrative Psychotherapist

About me

I am a qualified Relational Integrative Psychotherapist. Fully insured and an Accredited member of the National Counselling Society (NCS) and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I trained as an integrative therapist incorporating different theories into a therapeutic relational framework. I believe we are all individuals needing individual approaches. The  theories incorporated in my training are psychodynamic, humanistic, existential, transpersonal and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). Integrative therapy provides a flexible, effective and helpful way of counselling with the healing coming from our therapeutic relationship.

I also teach level 2 counselling skills and a level 4 Diploma in Counselling.

My specialist areas include trauma, addictions, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, homelessness, mental health problems, domestic abuse, long-term illness, disabilities and workplace issues.

I also have experience working with young people in an NHS setting, college and a local charity.
